The TrimPack-II trim winder can handle multiple trim from the same source thus saving on the amount of
machines required.
Our small unit can handle multiple thickness and types or material. It has been used to wind up trim from paper material to aluminum material with little effort.
Our original prototype has been working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for
the past 4
years with little maintenance done to it.
The new model (103) can handle speeds of 1,000 feet per minute (305 meters per minute) with no entangle or cut in material.
In our experience the TrimPack-II can reduce the waste significantly. What used to take one Gaylord box is now reduce to one roll of 22" wide by 16" in diameter (558mm x 406mm) so now in the same area that 1 Gaylord box used
to take, 9 rolls can be placed !
